OhmyJob.com.ph, and the services provided therein are only available to users seeking employment ("Job Seeker") or users in search of employees ("Employer"). OhmyJob reserves the right to change these Terms, at its sole discretion, at any time or from time to time. By accessing/using this website, the user agrees, adheres and is bound to the terms of use set by OhmyJob. Please read it carefully. If you do not approve of this website's terms and conditions, we urge you to discontinue further use of this site. A user's access to OhmyJob.com.ph and its services will be terminated upon failure of compliance to the terms of use stated below:
User-Specific Agreements
Job Seekers
By using and availing of the services of OhmyJob, the Jobseeker agrees to adhere to the following:
- Job Seekers will only use OhmyJob.com.ph for lawful purposes and to search for employment.
- Job seekers cannot respond to any employment opportunity on the website for any reason other than to apply for the job. Communications soliciting the employer's business by our competitors are prohibited;
- Each Job Seeker may post his/her resume(s) either through the OhmyJob.com.ph's resume maker or its uploadable resume function. Unless deleted by the Job Seeker, such resume(s) shall automatically be stored in the website's database.
- Job Seekers may send the resume(s) abovementioned to an Employer in reply to any job post via email or resume submission through the system of OhmyJob.com.ph.
- Job Seekers agree and concede to OhmyJob's practice of charging Employers/advertisers a fee for access to the website's database and to the Job Seeker's resumes and details. The Job Seeker also acknowledges that he/she has no claims over fees paid by Employers to OhmyJob.
- OhmyJob will not release the Job Seeker's personal information to any potential employer without his/her consent but may make available a section of the Job Seeker's resume (without his name and address) to third parties through the use of OhmyJob.com.ph search engine or any other means.
- OhmyJob and its associated companies may use the Job Seeker's personal data for marketing purposes. Further OhmyJob.com.ph will not be responsible or held liable in any way if any Employer, whether in Philippines or elsewhere, should use the Job Seeker's personal data for any other use other than for acquire prospective workers.
- A Job Seeker releases his/her personal data to the website's database and volunteers the said data to potential Employers or other users at his/her own risk.
- If a job seeker cancels his/her OMJ Account, all of his/her account information from OhmyJob.com.ph, including resumes, profiles, saved jobs, questionnaires and email mailing lists and the like, will be marked as deleted in OhmyJob.com.ph's databases and will be removed from any public area of the sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through OhmyJob.com.ph's web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.
- Ohmyjob.com.ph does not charge fees to its job seekers.
Employers/Advertisers
By using and availing of the services of OhmyJob.com.ph, the Employer agrees to adhere to the following:
- Employers / Advertisers are entitled to advertise job vacancies at OhmyJob.com.ph as predetermined by the packages/services they avail and agreed upon between the Employer and OhmyJob.com.ph
- An Employer is permitted access to OhmyJob.com.ph's Job Seeker Resume Database, as predetermined by his/her availed services, but assents that all information acquired will only be used for searching for employee candidates.
- Promotional events may occasionally be offered to Employers/Advertisers through the contact person(s) and contact details provided in the employer's account page.
- OhmyJob.com.ph advertises jobs according to what the companies or recruitment agencies declared or required. However, Employers hold exclusive accountability for the form, content and materials contained in their advertisements and profile page that can be viewed by other users. OhmyJob.com.ph is not responsible for any error, omission or inaccuracy of the job postings submitted for display on the website. It is the Employer's responsibility to ensure that the information they put forward act in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
General User Agreements
Modification of Terms and Conditions of Use
OhmyJob.com.ph reserves the right to make changes at any time to the Terms of Use, its services, and other contents found within the site such as information, text, images links, sound, and graphics. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting on this site. The user is responsible for reviewing regularly the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on this site, because they will be binding on the user.
Privacy

Prohibitions
- Intellectual Property - All materials contained in this site (including, but not limited to, the logo, text content, images, layout and design, trademarks, service marks, program codes and the like) are the intellectual and copyrighted property of OhmyJob.com.ph or its licensors. Transmission, distribution, downloading or duplication of any of the foregoing is strictly illegal and the Company reserves all rights. None of them may be re-used for any given purpose without written permission of OhmyJob.com.ph.
- Transmission - Users cannot post or transmit any content that contains a virus or corrupted data;
Users cannot transmit any message, information, data, text, software or images, or other materials ("Content") that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable that may invade another's right of privacy or publicity.
- Job Seeker/ Employer Identity - Job Seekers and Employers cannot, at any time, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent his/her own identity/company data and affiliation with other persons or entity, presented in his/her OMJ account, profile page, and/or resume and cover letter through inaccuracies, incompleteness, intentional falsification, and/or impersonation.
- Data Access - Users may not, at any time, attempt to log-in or access a user account owned by any other user.
Users may not, at any time, attempt to breach the site's security, authentication, and database without proper authorization.
Indemnity
The users agree to defend, indemnify and hold OhmyJob.com.ph harmless from any third party claim, damages or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, relating to or arising out of your violation of these Terms, your representations and warranties, or your violation of any rights of another.
Disclaimer
OhmyJob.com.ph does not guarantee that OhmyJob.com.ph will operate error-free or that the website and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of OhmyJob.com.ph and its content result in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, OhmyJob.com.ph is not responsible for those costs.
OhmyJob.com.ph contains links to third party Web sites. These links are presented solely as a convenience to users and not as an endorsement by OhmyJob.com.ph of the contents on such third-party Web sites. Consequently, OhmyJob.com.ph has no control over User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to job seekers or the ability of job seekers to fill job vacancies and OhmyJob.com.ph makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on OhmyJob.com.ph.
OhmyJob.com.ph is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and job seekers. OhmyJob.com.ph cannot guarantee and does not assure any specific results from use of the website. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a user from OhmyJob.com.ph shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein. OhmyJob.com.ph is not to be considered an employer with respect to your use of the site and OhmyJob.com.ph shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any user posting jobs on the OhmyJob.com.ph site.
Furthermore, because OhmyJob.com.ph does not and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behavior of participants on any OhmyJob.com.ph, in the event that a user has a dispute with one or more users, such users hold OhmyJob.com.ph (and our agents and employees) free of claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. The use of OhmyJob.com.ph is at your own risk.
These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between the user and OhmyJob.com.ph, and is acknowledged by the user upon use of this Site.
